Rubina Khalid, the Chairperson of the BISP Program, was recently interviewed by a television channel and discussed some important issues and changes the BISP Program has implemented to make its payment disbursement process more efficient and transparent. The Program has also recently implemented a Computerized Payment System to enhance transparency and ease of cash disbursement.

Computerized Payment System for Transparent Disbursements at BISP
In the quarterly payment of beneficiaries, Senator Rubina Khalid claims that BISP has computerized its payment mechanism, bringing transparency to the program and reducing cases of payment reductions. The BISP, she said, has all the information about women’s payments so they can make sure the cash is transferred only to eligible Pakistanis.

BISP New Survey Is Completely Computerized
As all the details given in the survey based on 63 crucial questions are verified on the spot through NADRA and other informational organizations like FBR, the Benazir Dynamic Survey is being carried out at the Benazir Tehsil offices via CNIC Card, which is completely computerized.
As a result, the Benazir Income Support Program is transparent, and it ensures that only eligible people may receive assistance from its initiatives. If a person makes a mistake about their financial status, they will be caught at the point and will not be eligible.
NADRA Is Used For BISP Authentication
The BISP authentication system is based on Nadra, Rubina Khalid explained, and NADRA rechecks all the data given by beneficiaries to determine if they are eligible or not for the program because the CNIC card does not contain all of the necessary information. For the Benazir Kafalat program to be registered, a CNIC Card is also required.
BISP Latest Survey Via NADRA-Verified CNIC Card
Every Pakistani citizen must have a computerized National Identity Card (CNIC). This card is valid for life as an identification of Pakistani nationality once a person turns 18 and valid for usage for the rest of their life as an identification of Pakistani nationality. To enroll a woman in the BISP Program, a woman must provide this crucial paperwork to enroll in the BISP program, which is specifically designed for Pakistani women.
