The Punjab Government Will Issue Kissan Cards To Registered Farmers On The 1st Of September
It has been announced by the Punjab Government that the date of the card distribution for all registered farmers with 8070 Kissan Cards is 1st September. Government Will Issue Kissan Cards For Farmers On 1st Sept 2024
The Punjab government announced that registered farmers will receive “Kissan Cards” starting September 1, 2024. As part of the “Chief Minister’s Kissan Card” program, farmers have been registering for interest-free agricultural loans since June 1, 2024.

The Registration For the Kisan Card is still going on and will continue until the 31st August, so if you haven’t registered yet, please do so via online registration or by sending your CNIC Card number to 8070. A million farmers will also be registered by August 31, 2024, according to Iftikhar Ali Sahoo, Punjab’s Secretary of Agriculture.
Kisan Cards have been issued to 60,000 farmers
As of right now, more than 600,000 farmers have registered for the program, and Bank of Punjab branches will have information desks to assist farmers in using them.
As well, the Secretary of Agriculture has directed the appropriate agencies to expedite the registration of vendors who will accept these cards for the purchase of agricultural inputs, such as seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.
