17th February 2025 Registration Deadline – 8171 Update

Farmers who grow wheat and are interested in competing for cash prizes and free tractors can submit their applications through the official portal of www.agripunjab.gov.pk until February 17, 2025, if they rank among the top producers.

All applications must be submitted by February 17, 2025. Any applications received after this date will not be accepted by the Punjab Government and Agriculture Department.

Applications may also be submitted as photocopies of the form.
The application must include proof of ID card to be considered complete.
All applications must be submitted to the appropriate Assistant Director in the Agriculture Department’s office.
There will be district and provincial competitions for wheat production.

Standardized Eligibility Criteria for Wheat Growers

Individuals who own 5 or more acres of eligible agricultural land, regardless of their gender, are qualified for the program.
Joint account holders who are farmers may also submit an application.
There is a competition available for those who own 5 acres of wheat land in up-irrigated areas that are adjacent to each other.
2 acres of uninterrupted wheat land in regions with natural rainfall are also qualified.
Individuals who have been certified to use approved wheat varieties for seeding purposes are qualified to take part.
Following document verification by the Tehsil Committee, contractors are also considered eligible.

National & Provincial Assembly Members: Not Eligible for Program

The contest is not open to individuals from the National and Provincial Assembly Centers, their relatives, government employees of Grade 17 and above, and those falling under special categories. Additionally, all officials working for the Revenue Department and Punjab Welfare Department are also excluded from participating in the contest.

Furthermore, individuals selected as members of district or divisional committees by the Progressive Party will not qualify to enter this competition.
